Impressive! - I like it! I would like to hear more. Good Luck!

I like this site!

I listened to the vaccine talk and I remember reading ( In the Wellbeing Journal) that some girls have actually died from the HPV vaccine.
Here in Texas the governor tried to make the vaccine manditory but the mothers said no way. We need to stay alert, as the old school paradigm, as I call it, wants to vaccinate more and more. We need a choice.

I look forward to more good information. The visual format is great. I feel your passion!

Drs. Colbin and Palevsky,

It is great to see you “live” on the web. This is a great format and I wish you both the best with it.

Would love to see a segment on coffee. This beverage seems to get touted for its health benefits quite often, and only the caffeine gets blamed for ailments like reflux and migraines. However, my research leads me to believe it is the acid and chemicals from processing that mess up bowel ecology that leads to a host of symptoms for many people. I eliminated “hormone-related” migraines by giving up my one cup of coffee a day, plus got rid of sugar cravings, boosted my energy levels, and I dropped 5 lbs.!

Re coffee (Debra’s post): I have worked in many, many offices as temporary help (maybe abou 400 different offices over the years) and I can say this: The economy would go down the tubes overnight if the coffee bean were to disappear. About 99% of all office workers drink coffee from the moment they arrive til they go home, in order to function. And I am sure that, at home, they start out the morning with the evil black drink, too. I consider myself fortunate to be able to do without it.

However, do you want the economy of N. America to tank? I promise you it will, if workers of all kinds do not have their stimulant. I am not joking. You are healthy people, Debra, Annemarie & Dr. P, and you likely hang around with your own kind, but believe me, that is not the “real” world, for better or worse.

Just grist for the mill and I hope you do not mind my saying these things.

5. Debra Kleinen - March 27, 2008

Betty,

I am not suggesting that the coffee bean should disappear, but rather that people should be aware of what they are ingesting. Then, they can make their own health decisions.

6. Debra Kleinen - March 27, 2008

P.S. To Betty,

I work with many kinds of people, not just “my own kind”. I see many people suffering and being drugged for problems that could be ameliorated with a simple change in diet or lifestyle. - Deb
